Air Peace Flight to Saudi Arabia
Let us look at Nigeria. Nigerians took Air Peace flight to Jeddah in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and on arrival at the Saudi airport, they were told that 264 Nigerian visas are cancelled. Air Peace is a Nigerian aircraft. They did not explain immediately why the passengers, most of whom were visiting Saudi, were denied entry.

The flight took off from Murtala Muhammed International Airport in Lagos via Milan International Airport on Sunday night and landed in King Abdul-Aziz Airport in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The passenger;’s visas were denied on arrival.
Nigerian Embassy in Saudi Pleaded
This incidents occurred barely one week after the Nigerian Air Peace launched its direct flights to Saudi Arabia and it was gathered that it was the Nigerian embassy that waited the Saudi Arabian authorities to reduce the number of passengers that be returned to 177.

Saudi carrier was the only flight carrier to and from Nigeria. Now Air Peace coming in with a reduced ticket prices will draw man more Nigerians to it. So you have two air craft going the same route and one is more expensive than the other. Quality might not be what you are aiming for. Saudi might have denied those visas in order to dis-courage Air Peace. So that Saudi flight can be in business to make the maximum of money they can make.
Similar Saudi Visa Denial Occured in Dubai times back
There was a time Nigeria was denied visa for a year in Dubai with no explanation provided. The Nigerian president had to go to Dubai to negotiate on that. As it happened to Nigerians, it has happened to other Africans before.
Why do Africans accept this. Can Dubai or Saudi say NO to the Europeans. If they can not say that to Europeans why do they say that to African nationals. Is it because African Nationals are not good enough. African contribute tremendously to Dubai and Saudi. Now with this visa denial, why can’t Africa reciprocate that back to Saudi or Dubai. Why do Africans sell themselves short to other nations.
