This is Madagascar. It is a big piece of land that belongs to Africa, offshore Africa. It is very sad that sometimes they don’t put Madagascar on the African map.

Madagascar has just pass a law or about to pass a law. This law will be against those who molest children in Madagascar. The is to castrate anybody that dare to violate children in Madagascar.
EUROPEAN UNION AMBASSADOR’S REACTION TO MADAGASCAR’S CASTRATION LAW
The European Union ambassador reacted to this. She claims that she does not believe that castration is a deterrent to violent people. She being of the European Union, why should her belief matter to the internal affairs of an the African country such as Madagascar. If she was an African, I guess her belief should somewhat matter.
WHAT IS A DETERRENT AGAINST PEDOPHILES?
Let us ask the question. What is a deterrent? What will be more effective against pedophiles. What type of punishment will stop pedophiles from doing this. Many believe the law was established as a measure to fight against rape. So this is more like a shock measure psychologically.
HUMAN RIGHTS SAY ON MADAGASCAR’S CASTRATION LAW
Castration as a deterrent against pedophiles. The human right folks are saying it goes against human rights. Question to the human right folk. Pedophiles can violate your children and you can’t do anything to them. Besides throwing them in jail and if they behave well enough, you let them out. Out to possibly violate someone else. Now how fair is that, compared to how a child will feel for the rest of his/her life. The child will have trust issues. Because of some person that will be locked up for a couple of years, eat a lot of food for free while locked up and then be eventually free to continues life.
HOW PEDOPHILE COMPENSATE VICTIMS IN MADAGASCAR
Let us look at the reality on ground. In Madagascar, most of the cases of child violation by Pedophiles are resolved through material compensation. This is so in most African countries too. Most times in Africa, the person who is the aggressor comes with money to the family. Because the family of the victim most likely is going through financial hardship, they will accept the money. The family of the victim will say to themselves that they have already lost the innocence of the girl/boy, should they loose the money as well. They might not want to loose both. So they accept the money and close the case. This is the reality. Sadly, most of this cases don’t come to the notice of the authorities after compensation.
WAS THE EUROPEAN UNION CREATED TO FACE AFRICAN MATTERS OF EUROPEAN MATTERS?
Why can’t European Union face European matters. The EU is saying the Malagasy government doesn’t respect international commitment nor its own constitution. Isn’t it weird that you are trying to protect your children and somebody else in another country thinks what you are doing is wrong. The so called person hides under his own concept of human rights to criticize you. After all Africa Union does not meddle in the European Union affairs. If the European Union must meddle. It should change it’s name to World Union.
EU VIEW ON CASTRATION IN MADAGASCAR
The EU is saying as far as they are concerned, castration is an act of mutilation which hurts people and it should not be authorized. Now if a Pedophile did such to your child, and you had opportunity to have a one on one with such Pedophile. What will you do to the Pedophile? Now, is that justice? Is that legal? Maybe not legal. But it probably is justice. It will be justice to how the parent of the violated child feel.
We don’t know if Malagasy government means what it says about castrating offenders. Let us say the Malagasy government doesn’t mean it. Is it not ok to threaten people with something really drastic, should they do something as horrible as that. The EU and American authorities can’t think about something really harsh to punish somebody that does such an horrible thing, as violating a child . But they can go to the extents of protecting them under the concept of Human Rights.
MADAGASCAR LAW, A VICTIM OF THE PHRASE ‘HUMAN RIGHT’
In the mean time, these EU and American authorities will prefer to use harsh measures on somebody that doesn’t think like them. Let us say somebody that exposes critical information from them. Especially information that exposes their gross violations of the human rights that they preach. Look at Julian Assange. This man, Julian Assange, is locked up for exposing the gross violations of the EU and American authorities. Question. Is Human Rights really human rights? Or is it a phrase they throw at you when it benefits them. When Palestinians are suffering, nobody calls human rights.
Now we can’t confirm this story. But we have heard stories of how older men in Europe and America came to Africa to want to do those things to children. We also hear of how they get away with it under the human rights umbrella.
Should the Malagasy government have the authority to vote there own law with regards to people that are doing those thing to children. Should Uganda have the right to vote their own law against LGBTs.
Unfortunately law is not the reality of justice. In many countries, it is about how much money you have. If you have the most money, you can hire the most competent lawyers to win the case. Even if you are completely wrong.
Can Madagascar choose it’s own law without being lectured.
