El Salvador’s president gave a fantastic answer to a BBC reporter. Nayib Armando Bukele Ortez is the president of El Salvador. I will like to promote his answer. Western journalist work very hard to ask presidents of other countries humiliating questions hoping that it will be impossible to answer. Because of this spirit of superiority that the Western journalist carry about. But some times this journalist meet persons like Putin that smack them with perfect answer.

EL SALVADOR’S METHOD OF ARREST QUESTIONED
This El Salvador’s president is asked about his country’s method of arresting people and how it tramples on some people’s rights. As the country was considered the crime capital of the world. It was until Nayib Bukele came into power that this reputation of EL Salvador changed.
The El Salvador’s president explained to the Western journalist how they followed the Western recipe and it did not work. I am surprised that Nayib Bukele is still in power.

He Further explained that if there was one police force in the world that had zero percentage margin of error. Whereby they only arrest guilty people. Why would you need prosecutors or defense or a justice system, if the police is perfect in Western countries.

He finds this some what amusing when they say, in El Salvador that they arrest people. Some of the people they arrest are innocent. He wonders if in the UK, all of the arrests are of guilty people or the UK police doesn’t arrest innocent people. He bets that there will be a percentage of innocent people arrested by the UK police, the police of the government that the BBC journalist works for. The arrest of the innocent could be a mistake or could be because they had a wrong tip. In that case the service of a judicial system will be required.

In some countries ethnic cleansing is promoted or political opponent are arrested or a minority is arrested. But in the case of El Salvador, arrests are being made to end blood shed. Blood shed, which the country has lived through for decades. The El Salvador police makes couple of mistakes. That is why many innocent people have been freed through the justice system. Innocent people that the police has wrongly arrested. The El Salvador police has already freed 7,000 people.
CRIMINALS MUST BE ARRESTED
The El Salvador’s president continued explaining that
He would assume that the criticism may come from an hypothetical country that doesn’t have any arrest of Innocent people. Though he is sure that the UK does plenty arrest of innocent people and that they are proven innocent in court. He also explained about how we have seen a lot of cases in the US and UK where people are convicted to be found innocent after 20 to 30 years due to DNA evidence. That does not mean that criminals should not be arrest. No. It means that the police made mistake and retribution has to be made the the innocent people that have been arrested wrongfully.

He asked that 75,000 people in the space of a year isn’t regularly arrested by police anywhere else in the world and that this is a unique situation with unique powers given to the security forces to make arrests on site according to criteria deemed by them.

He told the journalist that the journalist doesn’t live in the World Murder Capital, El Salvador. If the journalist did, there will be enough murderers to fill a prison like that of El Salvador. So the difference is that the UK is not the World Murder Capital. But El Salvador was by the Western account, World Murder Capital.
UK CAN NOT ARREST 70,000 MURDERERS
So El Salvador that is the World Murder Capital being the most dangerous place in the world with the most murderers, can definitely have an arrest of 70,000 murderers. Of course UK and the likes countries can’t have an arrest of 70,000 murderers because they are not the World Murder Capital.

El Salvador has the highest incarceration in the World because it ended and changed the Murder Capital of the World (the world’s most dangerous country in the World) into the safest country in the Western Hemisphere. The only way to achieve this is to arrest all the murderers. There is no other way to do it. The other way to do it is to kill all the murderers. But El Salvador does not have death penalty.

He explained that in 80’s, the war against the Soviet Union had nothing to do with the El Salvador. On the premise of the Soviet Union war, the West instigated the El Salvador citizens to fight and kill each other. As a result 85,000 Salvadorans died and a million displaced. Many El Salvadorans found their way to the USA and formed themselves into gangs. The USA government deported all the Salvadorans gangs back to El Salvador.

The El Salvador’s president explained why the deported Salvadorans gangs could not be dealt with in El Salvador.
THE POLICY OF NOT ARRESTING MINORS IN EL SALVADOR
He explained that the USA handed to El Salvador a policy of not arresting minors. Majority of the gang members are minors. So they could not be arrested. As a result the gangs grew and started terrorizing El Salvador. They started killing people to the point that El Salvador became the Murder Capital of the World. The El Salvador’s president said that they took the policies from OAS, from UN, from the European Union and from the United States. But none of the policies worked. Rather there was more blood shed and more people were dying.

The El Salvador’s president once asked a member of the European Union a question.
He asked the member of the European Union to take and choose the best government in Europe to govern Afghanistan the same way they govern European countries. By government he means the same talents and experts to govern Afghanistan. He said those talent and experts will be dead in a week. Because you can not govern Afghanistan the same way you govern European countries. He clearly stated that the West should stop trying to make the El Salvador government use their own system and methods. He said it won’t work in El Salvador. After all the El Salvador’s government is not telling the West not to have a Monarchy and Hereditary titles.
EL SALVADOR IS THE SAFEST PLACE IN THE WORLD
He emphasized saying that it has been proven by the West and by all independent sources that El Salvador has been turned from the most dangerous place in the world to the safest in the Western Hemisphere. It is not a small feat that is done easily. Nobody has ever done it before, so fast and so clean. It was done with no civilian casualties.
