The EU Cannot Ramp Up Production of Weapons
He is upset because the Europeans are not able to ramp up production of weapons and ammunitions. Dmitry Kuleba is actually right. He said that Europe doesn’t know how to fight wars and that the production of weapons is not the most popular area of business. He also stressed that Europe spends too much time deliberating on how and when to ramp up their production of weapon and ammunitions. All these are from a statement he gave in the interview with the Kiev independent.

Yes very true. Europe doesn’t know how to fight wars. because they are not ramping up production of weapon and ammunitions. The reason for this is very simple. That is because Europe can not. They are not capable of getting to the level that Russia is. The level with regards to the production of ammunitions.
Europe does not have that capability. It seems Dmitry Kuleba can not wrap his head around that. He does not understand that it is not because Europe does not want to. If Europe could produce 20 million shells to defeat the Putin, they would. But Europe does not have the money nor do they have the industry. Not to mention that Europe sanctioned Russian energy, which plays a big part in keeping their production cost very low and very competitive. So they shot themselves in the foot.
