In Belgium there has been a lot of proliferation of letters, asking the offices of home to decline or to withdraw Belgium nationality given to Palestinian children.
Palestinians have been living all across the world for many many years for the reasons that you know. They have issues with their land with Israel. So they go to different countries. Obviously they are human being, and they start having babies.
These babies a a subjected to real problems, because they don’t have nationality.
Stateless Palestine
As Palestine is not fully recognized by the international community. Children born to Palestinian parents in Belgium are therefore considered stateless. Except that Belgian nationality code stipulate that stateless child born in Belgium obtain de facto Belgian nationality, a unique case in Europe
Belgium Nationality For Babies Born in Belgium
Belgium for the good part is where if you have your child born there, your child automatically becomes Belgian by birth. This is good for people looking for genuine asylum. Now the issue is, somebody in some high office has been sending letters asking that those children born in Belgium of Palestinian parents be withdrawn their Belgium nationality. This is so sad and sorry.

The association has denounced the proliferation of letters since October from the Belgian Foreign Office, dependent on the government asking municipalities to withdraw Belgian nationality from children born in Belgium to Palestinian parents.

Since August, several Belgian municipalities have received letters from the immigration office asking them to withdraw the Belgian nationality of children born in Belgium from Palestinian parents.
Lawyer Julian Wosley assured that the request has multiplied since October and the start of the conflict between Israel and Hamas.

Palestinians, Syrians and Afghans are the largest asking for asylum. What do Palestinians, Syrians and Afghans have in common ? They are ravished by war. Who started the wars? The West started the war in Palestine. As far as we know. Many of the war started after the Second World War.
Why Palestine, Syrian and Afghans Are The Largest Groups Seeking Asylum in Europe
In Palestine mayhem started, after World War II when people came from Europe going to Palestine to be forced to be accepted and live together. In the case of Syria. Syria used to live in peace. Until the West went to Syria to create mayhem. In the case of Afghanistan, it used to be a peaceful country. Until Bush and Blair decided to go to Afghanistan, that was when the mayhem started.
Palestinians Don’t Have Recognized Passport
The top of the problem is that Palestine is not recognized as a country. So when a Palestinian flies to Europe, he doesn’t even have a passport that says Palestine. As a normal human being, you will want to have a family, children and responsibility. You will want to find the best possible opportunity for your children. Definitely as a Palestine, your best option will be Belgium.
Excuse me. Is it right to to say you are withdrawing citizenship from persons born in Belgium of Palestinian parents? Given the Israel-Hamas war.
Most in Belgium say, that they find tat foreigners of Palestinian descent in Europe regularly go to Belgium to have children with a view of acquiring citizenship.
So for them, they believe that the Palestinians are doing this on propose. They accuse the Palestinians of birthing in Belgium for the babies to acquire Belgian citizenship.
The Unification System of Gazan Parent to Persons Born in The Country
Once they do that, the child becomes a Belgian citizen. They can then benefit from family reunification. Since the child is Belgian and the child’s father is still in Gaza. They can find a way to bring the child’s father through a unification system.
Belgians Protecting Their Land Against Unauthorized Practice
Ok. I understand that the Belgians are trying to protect their land against unauthorized practices. Practice of forcefully acquiring Belgian nationality. I completely understand that. But my question is very simple. After the West has gone to cause mayhem in these Palestine, Syria and Afghanistan, would you blame these people for coming to seek asylum and peace in the Western countries.
Not Only Palestinians, Africans Also Birth in Belgium For Citizenship
There is another side to this story that many people don’t talk about. Many people from Africa go to Belgium, trying to do the same thing. The same thing of birthing a child in Belgium to have citizenship. Let us face fact. Belgium is such a giving country. The foreigners have a baby there and the Belgian government takes care of the babies. Of course using the tax payers money. Babies after babies. The process continues. The white Belgians are tired of using their tax payers money for that.
Would you blame the Belgians for devising a means to stop this?
Do the Belgians have the right to change their laws to protect their tax payers money?
Is it fair for the Palestinians, who have no state to not have a nationality?
